Moka Boka fait partie de ces artistes nés avec un stylo à la main. Originaire de Bruxelles, ce rappeur a baigné dans un univers musical depuis son plus jeune âge. D’Angelo à Marvin Gaye, de The Roots à MC Solaar, ces différentes sources d’inspiration, transparaissent dans son écriture et dans l’originalité de sa proposition. Si son rap ne traversait que les murs de sa chambre il y a quelques mois/années, le jeune bruxellois a su lui donner une nouvelle résonance notamment lors de ses prestations live suite à la sortie de ses projets « Negus » et « Super Nova ». Sa musique est transcendante et pleine de sens, ses textes retracent sa vision des choses et puisent dans ses expériences personnelles.
