Phoenix, Arizona-based artist, Teammate Markus is a skilled lyricist, vocalist, and rapper backed by a full alternative rock band. Teammate’s sound is a fresh fusion of hip hop and alternative rock that has been carefully crafted in the heart of the desert. "Anymore,“ produced by Harry Mars and engineered by Sean Whiteman at Interchange Audio, set the tone for Teammate’s highly anticipated second full length album. The Garden, released November 2018 offered up more genre blending tracks. Referred to by some as a little too rock for the hip hop scene and a little too hip hop for the rock crowd, Teammate creates music that defies the limitations of current genres and is in a class of its own.
Teammate is currently in the studio recording new music for release in 2018.
