About The American Emergency
This project began out of an EP I had recorded in about 2002 under the name "The Faceless." When I got the itch to revive the project, "The Faceless" moniker had been bequeathed to another band that was quite a bit better than I. Thus, The American Emergency was born.
I started recording tracks for it in about 2009, and due to the demanding schedules of home life and work, I am only now completing a full length album to be released in late 2013/Early 2014.
These songs are where I dump my not-so-happy feelings, or when I need to get something off my chest. Topics range anywhere from heartbreak to legalism to feeling like your 40-hour-a-week job is slowly killing you.
Please take some time to listen, and I hope you find something in these songs that gives you peace.
