Kristin was very much on form. The intimacy of her voice penetrated the floating dust of St Mary’s. I half thought these particles were perhaps spirits that chose to dwell in the sacred space for eternity - their interpretation of eternity anyway.
Something sympathetic, mournful and hopeful weaves away in Kristin’s voice.
Georges trumpet cut through all instruments that night - including his cameo in the Ted Barnes gig.
Great night.
