Hot Chip

Hot Chip were great, the location was nice but the sound was strangely quiet and a bit off. I probably wouldn't go to another concert hosted by the Australian Open. Good to get complimentary access to watch the tennis I guess.

Music was good…atmosphere great? Being on a boat around the harbour with a nice and friendly mixed crowd. Shame there wasn’t more overtly obvious hot chip music amongst the set. Really just was more of a regular DJ set of putting together music and audio from different people, nicely mixed.

First band I ever saw and that and every time seeing them since has been a contender for favourite gig

Hot Chip's performance was even better than we hoped for. We have been so excited to see them and they did not disappoint. We danced all night long, heard our old favorites and bonded with some new songs. Their opener, Cadence Weapon, was also incredibly talented and entertaining. The combination of the two musical acts was very complimentary.

Great band, the opener Cadence Weapon was dope, and Knockdown Center is awesome with its outdoor sections and generous space!

Hot Chip are always amazing live. The crowd was wonderful. The venue was a nice surprise. Super clean, professional and friendly staff. Quick entrance and exit. One of the most civilized and joyful concert venues experiences I’ve had.

Such a fun band! Plenty of staff around to help..great time was had by all! Cheers!

It wasn’t excellent show across the board with their setlist! I totally dig them before and I have seen them a couple of times before this show last show but they definitely wowed me much more then me just being a fan of their recordings!

Incredible set per usual! Love being able to see them up close and personal!

Charisma and energy from these guys. Too bad that part of the crowd does not even know him. Enjoyed a lot.

Wow. This band is insanely tight and the amount of nuance to their performance is incredible to watch, awesome show. Opener Friedberg was also great.

Amazing show, venue, audience vibes... even the recorded songs played before and after the concert were amazing!

They had us up and dancing from the first minute. The power and the bottom of the music goes right through you. I vow to never miss a Hot Chip show when available.
