About Coffee Snobs
Coffee Snobs consists of husband-and-wife team Marius & Vernette Wessels. They’re music is associated with sensitive intelligent lyrics and a musical intimacy that is rarely found elsewhere.
Their second album, Lig, which was released in 2018, was nominated for a Huisgenoot Tempo award and numerous songs have featured on various hit parades.
In 2019 they also made their debut in musical theatre with their production ‘Donkernagpantoen’, co-written and produced by the well-known writer Riana Scheepers. The production is highly acclaimed and has featured at many of the big arts festivals such
as Innibos, Suidooster, Free State Arts Festival and is also part of the US Woordfees 2020.
Coffee Snobs’ music is unique, original and stretches across various genres which make them perfect for the entertainment of a broad audience who appreciates quality entertainment.
