Anchor the Moon

Anchor the Moon started in Akron in 2013. Kicking off with energetic songwriting and blues and ska covers, the moon didn't seem so far away. After releasing a 5-song EP 2014, ATM started gaining new members. A brass section was born. Since then there have been a handful of new brass section members and a new bassist, and they continue to play out and write new material. Jonathon, the guitarist and lead singer, attends Kent State University at Stark, studying Music Technology, alongside bassist, Jake, and trombonist, Alex. Their drummer, Colin, has already obtained a Masters Degree from Akron U in percussion.
