DJ Christopher James

Christopher James is a DJ that intertwines many electronic genres and focuses on creating memorable sets and emotional experiences all the while maintaining dancefloor energy and flow. Christopher developed his love of electronic music through early groups like Depeche Mode, The Cure and Frontline Assembly. Leaning towards music that made him dive deeper into his thoughts and feelings. Southern California 90's rave culture is where Christopher was 1st drawn into underground electronic music and attending desert parties and club events frequently. "The DJ's that were able to tell a story with their music are what drew me in and gave me the desire to learn to mix myself." Over the next few years Christopher developed a lasting interest in house, techno & progressive and began to develop his own sound and identity. Riding the line between uplifting and melancholic his sets often reach the listener on a deeper level. "Creating a memorable journey is what its all about to me." Christopher has performed in cities such as: Denver, Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, San Antonio, Austin & New Orleans. Having also performed at The Ultra Music Festival (Miami), Burning Man (BRC), Altitude Festival (CO), as well as internationally at The Love Festival (Aruba), Paradise World Festival (Curacao) & Saint Tropez Ocean Club (Curacao).
