Epic, amazing, a whole vibe!! Those Nubian Queens not only blessed us with their music, they blessed us with their love, their energy, their passion, their ambiance, their love and respect for each other. I will never forget last night. Etched forever in my mind. Music WON. The culture WON! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎶🎶🎶💕💕💕

Besides waiting 4+ hrs in standing room only (no re-entry venue) to get to the main event and the numerous technical difficulties... it was the absolute best show of my life

Great show! Naz had us pumped up the whole time, and Mz. Badu took us on a mind altering trip with the vocals and the musical arrangements! Think I'm gonna have to attend again in ATL this March!

This was the perfect fusion of male energy and that of the effeminate. Life and death. The performance was the epitome of the ankh.
Nas kept it aggressive and positive ( I never thought I would enjoy "Oochie Wallie" , but that night : "It Was Written" ! ) while Badu provided a musical journey for the audience - chronicling birth to ressurection.
The emcee wasn't exactly the most comical , but he got a couple of laughs out of me. The visuals were sometimes corny, but Nas' hellish backdrop during "Hate Me Now" and Erykah's geometric slideshow were enough to keep my eyes on stage as I dances the night away with my spouse in the packed setting.
The audience was live and I was at ease amongst thousands. Even though the Center was large, there was a certain intimacy in the house as I professed my love for Erykah and joined her in prayer.
Tears were in my eyes and my face wore a smile throughout the night , even though I might have grimaced once or twice from the sheer gravity of the truth within the music on both artists' expertly curates setlists.
I traveled out here to cap off my two year journey through the Mother Road to better understand the country I have no choice but to represent. This also was the only concert I attended all year, and I have to say, this was a wise choice for this B-Boy indeed.

It was good. Not spectacular though. This was my first time seeing her. I guess I was expecting more. And she was over an hour and a half late. Not sure if I would pay to see her again.

Frustrant car elle a commencé très en retard, (plus de 30 mn) donc concert raccourci d’autant. Heureusement qu’en dehors de ça elle était top, car vu la durée, ça ressemblait à un hold-up (et j’étais clairement venue pour elle).
