About Dylan Guy Pinkerton
With stories of a search for love which explore the joy in the sadness, Dylan Pinkerton mixes his unique style of folk vulnerability with catchy pop hooks, lush soundscapes and playful violin. Dylan has been compared to the likes of John Mayer and Allen Stone, and brings versatility to his performances with various arrangements from folk duo, to Vulfpeck-inspired four-piece ensemble.
Since taking up songwriting at age 15 Dylan has performed at nationally acclaimed festivals such as Blues Festival, Splendour, and undertaken multiple Australian East Coast tours.
In 2020 he has brought a fresh new sound, releasing his debut single 'Thrill of the Fall' and has an EP under production for the second half of the year.
