About Sam Dumas
Sam was born and raised in Central Georgia, where he was adopted and introduced to music at an early age. At age seven, he was introduced to piano, and began playing guitar at age twelve.
By the time he was fifteen, Sam began focussing on perfecting the guitar, and began writing songs throughout High School.
Sam played solo, as well as in several bands and musical productions through college in both the Athens and Statesboro areas. In total, Sam has performed over 400 shows across the Southeast.
Sam is the proud father to his daughter Lea, and fulfilling a long-term dream of recording his own music. His debut album, Beauty, was the culmination of a lifetime of experiences.
A rock performer through and through, Sam recorded Beauty acoustic to capture the rawness and vulnerability of his first collection of songs.
"I will play just about anywhere at anytime. As long as music’s involved, odds are I’m in.”
