Felipe Andreoli

Felipe Andreoli was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on March 7th, 1980. Bassist since the age of 13, he plays in the bands Angra, 4Action and Kiko Loureiro, among others, besides working as producer. With an extensive musical background and versatility, he recorded numerous albums and went on several world tours, which visited over 30 countries. Felipe has been considered the best rock bass player in Brazil for 10 years in a row in virtually all specialized publications, and also shows up among the best bass players in the world according to the Japanese magazine Burrn!, where a seventh place in 2007 left behind icons like Billy Sheehan, Geddy Lee and John Myung

Felipe is currently finishing up three DVDs, to be released still in 2013. With Angra, the 20th Anniversary Tour show was recorded in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and features Tarja Turunen and Uli Jon Roth, among other very special guests, in a world class production. With Kiko Loureiro and Virgil Donati, Felipe will release the White Balance DVD, recorded at the prestigious Ibirapuera auditorium, also in Sao Paulo. Lastly, with the instrumental group 4Action, Felipe recorded a live performance at Jingletown Recording, the private studio of Green Day’s members, in the San Francisco area.
