Graeme Connors

Graeme Connors put on a wonderful show. He sang songs from the past as well as introducing the audience to his latest album. His explanations about the inspiration for each new song was really entertaining and added to the enjoyment of these songs. Loved every minute of it. The venue was small but allowed for a feeling of closeness to Graeme Connors. Would happily attend another concert there.

Graeme was a wonderful, laid back, chilled and fun experience. His many decades of experience and love for music shows. We heard new songs and of course our old favourites. A very humble man. Thank you Graeme for the music, the memories and the love/passion you share for storytelling through music. Big loves Jessie and Dave Human 💙 ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed the night. We liked his new songs and loved hearing his old songs. We saw him 30 years ago in Orange so are big fans. He is a great story teller.

Graeme Connors is a great Australian music artist, having been performing his own songs for well over 50 years, with a constant stream of new material coming out. I was in the front row and seeing Graeme for the second time, having first seen him in Rockhampton in September 2024. I look forward to the next opportunity to see Graeme in concert!

Graeme never dissapoints .. 🥰 Took best friend to Old Museum in 2023 2nd daughter last year to Redcliffe Redcliffe 2025 took my apprentice, who is as a daughter to me & actual 13 year old grandson 2 more generations of fans in my family They all understand me better cos I am x Mackay and x NQ From Graemes' intros to each song at the concerts and then listening to the lyrics now they get it when I talk about canefields burning, mango shade, fireflies, down by the leichardt hotel, the pacifica hotel, doing the tropicali, byron raising the flag, gerberas, under the pines and so much more .. Graeme has truly written the story of my life .. And my anthem song ... The Road Less Travelled !!! Graeme, Thank you so very much !!! So sorry I never kept hold of that xmas song on 45 you did for charity that played on 4MK radio You are such a blessing and blessed soul Blessed Be

It was an amazing show and Graeme just kept performing non stop - he is an incredible artist and we were so privileged to be in the front row to feel really part of it - come back again please

Graeme Connors is a fantastic artist. The show in Goulburn was excellent. The venue was great with not too large crowds. It was a great show. Look forward to seeing him in Cleveland QLD.

This fella is fantastic! He brings not only an Australian feel to his songs, but largely a Queensland feel as well. I travelled up from Western Victoria to Central Queensland to see him, and would do so again in an instant! 😀😍

Was a fantastic show and full of energy. Graeme sang a lot of his popular hits and told stories along the way. It was very interesting to learn about his life and achievements in the music industry. I recommend everyone to support him and go along to one of his shows and you will not be disappointed.

Graham was absolutely Wonderful & so were his Music back-up group! My only disappointment was that he didn't sing" Let the Canefields Burn", seeing that he was in Mackay, his Hometown & our history in the Cane Industry. The MECC staff & Graham's Merchandise sellers were Amazing & I bought many items. Bravo to all concerned!

Absolutely fantastic what a wonderful and entertaining walk down memory lane, well worth the drive from Julia Creek to Mount Isa to be there.

Absolutely amazing loved every minute of the show definitely one of the best concerts I have been to would recommend any of his fans to go see him live.... Enjoyed hearing the background behind why he wrote each song the only song he didn't give a background on was the ringer and the princess which really has me interest in why he wrote it

The consumate story teller! Over 50 years of song writing, touring, albums and acute observation of every day people transmuted into song,. Two and a half hours with Graeme Connors is never enough and, from the myriad of requests called out throughout the night, his threat that he would still be on stage until 3 am would have been happily embraced by the packed out crowd. Although North was the focus, as the break through album, the playlist was truly Lawson-esque in the vignettes, experiences and observations of Australians turned into amazing songs. Yes, we sang along. Yes we cheered the blistering banjo and mandolin solos. Yes, we listened, rapt, to the stories behind the songs and, yes, we knew every word to every song. All the best songs- Canefields, North, Tropicali, Cyclone, riotous Big Jimmy and a haunting solo acoustic Ringer and the Princess to close off the show. Superb backing musos, especially when the playlist was all mixed up on whim or audience request and, as ever, Graeme was generous with his time at the merch stand, spending another hour or more signing CDs and his book, 'My Lyrical Life', selfies and chatting with fans. To steal a line to descibe any attendance at a Graeme Connirs show: "being here is what it's all about"

We had a great night! Graeme is a mighty storyteller and the band was the perfect support. We dined at the uni pub, then coffee at the theatre. Everything was well organised and accessible, particularly for vision impaired, they were very kind. Thank you Graeme for the best night.

What a fantastic night of true Aussie entertainment. We wish we could see more of Graeme around Sydney.Thanks to Giant Dwarf for hosting Graeme. We first had the opportunity to hear Graeme perform around 25 years ago on Norfolk Island and have been fans ever since.
