The Preservatives got their name upon discovering that "Preservatives" meant condom in many European countries. The Band 's goal is to cover the music that is timeless and loved by everyone but isn't constantly played out in bars. They are unique in the sense they use Synth in conjunction with an Organ whilst slick blues licks are positioned beautifully between the 3 vocal lines the band offers. Their ultimate goal is to play music for a living and bring people joy whilst doing so.
The Preservatives have played for thousands of people in the last year. They are looking to be New Zealand's next huge band
