About The Wizard
The Wizard is a psychedelic blues rock band hailing from South Central Texas. The band was formed in 2016 as a solo project, but always had greater avenues in mind. It wasn't until guitarist Arik Norris joined the band in 2020 that it began to take shape. The final piece to the puzzle, the glue, Jaycob Puente joined in 2022 and created the sound that is heard today.
The three titans of rock blend blues, psychedelia, garage rock, hardcore, and primordial riffs to create a pleasing sonic soup. The Wizard has gone on two successful tours and continues to play around the country and the Central Texas region.
