Gründung März 1813
Die Pitchfork and Gunbrothers sehen sich selbst als eine etwas andere Interpretation des klassischen amerikanischen Folks. Mit viel Herzblut, Leidenschaft und ausschließlich selbst komponiertem Liedgut lässt diese junge Folkband seit Frühjahr 2013 einige Folkherzen höher schlagen.
Der Stil ist einzigartig, bestehend aus einer Mischung Singer-Songwriter, Bluegrass und klassischem Folk. Der Inhalt der Lieder erzählt vor allem aus dem Leben der vier Musiker. Es geht um Heimat, Freiheit, neue Anfänge, Beziehungen und um wahre Geschichten aus dem Leben des Wilden- Westens.
The Pitchfork and Gunbrothers see themselves as a slightly different interpretation on Classical American Folk. It is with great passion and exclusively self-composed songs that this young folk band has been raising the heart rates of their listeners since early 2013.
Their style is unique, a mixture of Singer-Songwriter, Bluegrass and Classical Folk.
Their songs speaks of a sense of belonging, freedom, new beginnings, relationships and true stories from the Wild West.
