Johnny Fury

Johnny Fury may be drawn to creamy white Stratocasters and flashy flying Vs, but no matter what kind of guitar lands in his hands, the Austin bluesman always makes it sing. Add in his vocal and songwriting skills, and he’s a triple-threat talent.

A Berklee Grad, Johnny moved to Austin where he's cut his teeth as a performer. His band has opened for Grammy winners Buddy Guy and Gary Clark Jr. He's entertained audiences at some of the biggest U.S. music festivals including Summerfest and Musikfest. His influences include Prince, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. His newest song “She’s Outa My League,” is available on all streaming platforms.

Combining blues traditions with his fresh outlook, Fury creates music that could easily take its place alongside his heroes. And someday, it very likely will.
