Truly speechless experience, his live is so much different from his studio albums, I have been to more than 50 concerts, and his was the best concerts I've ever been to, speaking from someone who wasn't even a fan of Perfume Genius.

This week I have listened to a great deal of Perfume Genius’s six dazzling albums, which was a magnificent experience but it was not near the real thing and can’t justify the sizzling live magic of Mike Hadreas’ onstage presence and enchanted charm. Great band and the enthusiasm the genius put out on stage really made for a great show. Loved how they could raise the drama and really bang out the sound.

We bought tickets months ago the day they went on sale. Huge fans and were looking forward to this at our favorite Philly venue. The sound was ATROCIOUS. I can't believe I'm saying this but it completely ruined the show. Even the staff there were aware. All mids and bass with zero high end. I've worked in music for over 30 years and this was the worst sonic experience I've ever encountered. Yes I heard they rushed the sound check but this was no excuse. The good news is the lighting was fantastic.

Fourth time seeing Mike, Alan & co, and they've only gotten bigger and better. So great to see them headline a show at a venue this size. Hell yeah.

Good performance, though a bit rough around the edges. Sadly I had to leave early bc my formerly sound engineer friend said her ears were gonna bust up with the bad audio work ☹️😢
