Umit Han

Ümit Han is an artist of electronic music from Cologne. His passion for electronic music was the point for start as a dj on different School Partys in 1994. After some musical experiments and his first party rows, he started to release in 2006 his works on different labels like Karmarouge, Harthouse, Plastic City, Meerestief, as "BlackIsBeautiful" on 200 Records and in the same time he started also to DJ/Live national and internationally. In 2011 he was began to work with Traum Schallplatten. Remixes for Minilogue, Max Cooper and Supaglass followed. In 2012 followed his debut on traum with „Die Rose und die Nachtigall EP“ and some singles. Some tracks of him was licensed by labels like Crosstown Rebels, Renaissance and Plastic City. Ümit released in the last years "Gazel EP" (2015) on Bergwacht, "Anatolic EP" (2016) on Gedankensport and later in August 2017 "Phoenix" on Telrae. In November 2017 he started also on Bandcamp to release his music directly and independantly. He is working with different art audio/film experiments, futuristic and electronic soundtracks, live performances and an audiovisual ambient project. Ümit is a member of the artist collective "Liquid Sky Berlin" and a permanent experimenterist at #lsb02. He presents there the "Experimental Filmscoring & Glitch Night". The Show is broadcast live on Berlins cable TV and livestream on lsb.TV via Alex Berlin TV. Since September 2017, he startet also as the director and artist for "lsb.TV Cologne" issue, which will broadcast every two month live from Cologne. Artist of Electronic Music
