Inspired by the massive arena-house sounds of producers such as Laidback Luke, this young Texan offers a refreshing take on old-school hardstyle electronica but brings a vibrant, new energy to the sound and genre. Juyen (AKA Johnathon Nguyen) released his first official single “Superjam” on Mad Decent’s Jeffree’s imprint in May 2013, which has since received critical acclaim from the likes of Moska, Boys Noize and more. Now signed to Laidback Luke’s label expect much more to come from this raw talent including the hotly anticipated release with good friends and supporters GTA, his first release on his new home label, MixMash, remixes and of course, a style that is unmistakably his own.
