Luan

Luan is a New York based musical project consisting of Julia Haltigan (Vocals, Guitar), Billy Ryan (Guitar, Ukulalee, Vocals) and Brendan Ryan (Keyboards, Trumpet, Accordion). Luan got its start writing and producing music for film and TV and have just recently transformed their studio work for an upcoming full length LP. Luan is also just beginning to play live shows in New York City and Long Island. Luan mixes elements from cinematic music with alternative country using electronic synths and sequences as well as Balkan folk ukulalees and horns instruments to come up with its unique sound. Luan is a new band featuring New York City artists Billy Ryan and Brendan Ryan of the Bogmen and Julia Haltigan.
