F.U.S.E.

We are a diverse group of performers from rock, hip hop, soul and funk that came together to create a new kind of music. We call it "soul rock". We build on the foundation laid by The Roots, Rage Against The Machine and the Fugees and draw on decades of deeply-rooted musical traditions to create bold new blends of beats, hooks, melodies and riffs (with countless influences from Zeppelin to Wu Tang, P-Funk to Public Enemy, Nina Simone to Mos Def). Our lyrical MCs and bluesy vocalist express the widest possible range of emotions and ideas drawn straight from our lives. We are most at home live on stage where we explode with raw energy, deliver "dirty ass riffs with a conscious appeal" and take our crowd on an exhilarating musical journey. We love how our unique music and genuine lyrics connect so intensely with our growing tribe of soul rockas (as we know our fans). One of them told us recently: "You guys do it all: the hip hop, the rock, the soul. It's just amazing how you make it all work together." Our commitment to our sound is matched only by our commitment to our fans who inspire us with their passionate support and who we strive to inspire with our impossible dream. We are authentic builders of the scene -fiercely independent, always ready to DIY and to promote the ethic of "rise together". From our base in New York city down to DC, we have hosted our own showcases for years, collaborated with hundreds of other artists and welcomed thousands of music lovers. We worked hard to get where we are and we're ready to take our shot at launching our music and our scene on a whole other level.
