Avec plus de 100 concerts et près de 20 00 km parcourus ces deux dernières années, les Redemption’s Colts se sont taillés une solide réputation en Europe.

Que ce soit en Italie, en Suisse, en Allemagne, en Espagne, aux Pays-Bas ou encore en France, Romain, Benoît et Arnaud font sauter les codes du folk alternatif !

Alliant ballades et morceaux « speed », c’est un concentré d’énergie pure que le trio transmet à un public de plus en plus nombreux.

Quelques mots …

Né en 2013 de la rencontre de Benoît et Romain lors d’une tournée en Russie, le groupe commence son existence sous forme de duo. Deux ans plus tard, Arnaud rejoint le projet. La formule est maintenant définitive !

Venant de la culture punk et du rockabilly, jouant sur sa guitare ou son banjo avec toute la furie du Rock’n’roll, Romain est un frontman accomplis ! Benoît, mandoliniste et banjoiste, issu de la musique celtique et du bluegrass américain, donne ces plus belles mélodies aux compositions du groupe qui forment l’essentiel du répertoire. Ayant parcouru l’Europe et les États-Unis avec les Moon Invaders, Arnaud n’est pas en reste et son jeu de contrebasse puissant et précis contribue largement à l’énergie du groupe !

Depuis 2015, Les Redemption’s Colts collaborent avec l’agence de programmation Rootstown Booking basée en Flandre ainsi qu’avec Pull The Trigger Booking, une agence américaine, ce qui laisse entrevoir une tournée aux États-Unis !

En 2016, leur premier LP Six Shooter voit le jour et le groupe se produit à plus de soixante reprises en quelques mois.

2017 est une année faste ! Le morceau White Demons apparaît sur une compilation de musique Roots aux États-Unis édité par le label Death Roots Records. La même année, le groupe enregistre son premier album intitulé One Way Ticket et part en tournée en Belgique, en France, en Espagne, en Italie, en Suisse, en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas.

Quant à elle, l’année 2018 s’annonce remplie de surprises ….

Having played more than 100 concerts and travelled around 20000 km over the past 2 years, The Redemption Colts have made themselves a solid reputation in Belgium. Whether it be in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, or France, Romain, Benoît and Arnaud push the bounds of alternative folk music. Mixing ballads and faster songs, the trio emits pure energy in front of an ever-growing crowd. Don’t hesitate, and go and see them!

A few words…

Formed in 2013 when Benoît and Romain met during a Russian tour, the group starts as a duo. 2 years later, Arnaud joins them, creating the definitive formula! Coming from a punk and rockabilly background, playing his guitar and banjo with all the fury of rock and roll, Romain is an accomplished frontman. Benoît, mandolinist and banjoist, coming from a Celtic and American bluegrass background, adds lovely melodies to the group’s songs which form an essential part of the band’s set. Having travelled Europe and the USA with the Moon Invaders, Arnaud’s powerful and precise double bass skills contributes a lot to the bands energy.

Since 2015 The Redemption Colts has been collaborating with the booking agency, Rootstown Booking, which is based in Flanders, as well as Pull the Trigger Booking, an American agency, which could allow them to tour the USA.

In 2016, their first LP Six Shooter sees the day and the group plays over 60 shows in a few months.

2017 is a great year! Their song “White Demons” appears on a Roots compilation in the USA, edited by the record label, Death Roots Records. The same year, they record their first album called One Way Ticket and tours in Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands.

2018 will be filled with surprises…
