I've seen Manhattan Transfer multiple times over the course of their career and they never disappoint. It was a wonderful show. This was my first time seeing an act at the Haugh at Citrus College and I found the venue to be fabulous. Parking was a breeze. Entering into the facility and finding our seats was so easy. All of the staff members I came in contact with were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

This was my 11th Manhattan Transfer concert. While they have visibly aged, as we all have, their music and showmanship has not. It was quite emotional for me as this was probably their last concert that I would be able to attend. To see and hear them in person is, and always has been, sublime. They, and their musical accompanists, held the audience in the palms of their hands, treating them as old friends, as I'm sure many of us were. They reached back into their catalog, singing some selections that I, in 10 previous concerts, had not heard. The venue was perfect, large enough for the audience but with a sense of intimacy for us. We drove 4 hours to get there and were, as ever, not disappointed. My partner, who has been to 8 of their concerts with me, stated that this was the best one.

Quando mi capita di incontrare un personaggio famoso, nel mondo dello spettacolo, dello sport, dell'arte in generale, rimango quasi indifferente; nel personaggio vedo soltanto l'aspetto umano e, a parte la notorietà, lo vedo come un essere umano come tutti gli altri. Per la prima volta in 62 anni, trovandomi di fronte ad artisti che hanno segnato tutte le fasi della mia vita, ho provato un'emozione forte e coinvolgente. Mi sarebbe piaciuto scambiare qualche parola con loro, ma capisco che la vita di un artista di questo livello è sempre frenetica. Mi rimane l'emozione di un momento magico che non potrò mai dimenticare. Lo spettacolo è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. La classe, lo stile, la voce dei Manhattan Transfer sono unici! We had SUCH a great time at this concert. The entire group was amazing! Still able to bring it after 50 years. I’ve been singing Birdland for the past two days.. The Lewis Family Theater was a super venue. So glad we went

I was blown away! I ‘ve always wanted to see them. This is the first time & realize will be the last., and I am NOT sad, bc I was fortunate enough to see them in my lifetime. They are absolutely amazing.! One of the best concerts I’ve seen and I’m 66 so been to a lot of them..

The show was fabulous! 50 years in and still their voices are amazing. Was wonderful to see Laurel Masse’ perform with them, as well. It was a great time. Longtime fan!!

Ummmm, we are seeing them on the 24th in Waimea. Have loved them since 1975 but this is a bit early??????

Fantastic! Phenomenal! They are a class act and highly entertaining. The orchestra and the smaller band were all great musicians too. It was an unbelievable show!

This group was absolutely fantastic. The harmonies are perfect and they love what they are doing. I have seen them many times in the past and they were as good if not better. I still miss Tim Hauser, but this quartet really knows how to sing. I was also ecstatic that they did some of my favorites, such as “Trickle Trickle”, “That Cat is High” and “Operator”

Actually saw the show in Tallahassee, Fl on Jan. 12. The closer show in Hoover, Al. sold out instantly. Really enjoyed the show and the venue. The Manhattan ladies were beautiful with their natural hair. The performance displayed their usual greatness with a song for everyone. Someday I would love to hear them sing Conjunction Junction from Schoolhouse Rock.

What a great evening! We had a wonderful time at the Sarasota event. It was so nice to see the quartet and to know that they have not skipped a beat in the last half century. Since the audience was more jazz in nature, their set list had more of the vocalese and scat selections. I am a more pop sided listener and would have loved to hear some of those adaptations. But I was not disappointed at all. The venue was unique, the crowd enthusiastic and the performances excellent from start to finish.

Incredible concert with a venue staff that went above and beyond to make it a very memorable evening! The Manhattan Transfer was absolutely fabulous! Their road manager went the extra mile to help fulfill a dream!! And the Diva Jazz Orchestra...just wow!! So worth the 4.5 hour drive!!!

The music was incredible, including the Diva Jazz group. The Manhattan Transfer lived up to their reputation. A comment about the venue. The gain on all microphones should have been lowered a notch or two and the microphones of the musicians one more notch. The amplification was so high at times the harmony of the singers was almost lost. There was a sense of feedback almost that interfered with the harmony I went to hear. Perhaps if I would have selected seats near the rear of the auditorium, assuming the speakers are all up front, I would not have noticed the over-amplification.

This review would be 5 stars, instead it’s a 4. The sound for most of the concert was so loud it was distorted. Cheryl and Janis adjusted their mic packs several times and it was better briefly. Louder isn’t better. It’s just loud.

I love The Manhattan Transfer! I've had the pleasure of seeing you once before (last century), and, to this day is still one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE CONCERTS! That's why I was so sad that because of Covid and fear of infection I was unable to see you again. So, in leiu of my applause and cheers, let me thank you for all of the years, and years, (and years) of JOY you have given me. Maybe (?!?!), You'll all be back this way again soon! I was hoping to get to see them one day and I did finally! They sounded like they were in a recording studio. Amazing, amazing, voices, and band. I looked around at the audience and saw everybody was moving to the music. What I really want to know is where the ladies bought their shoes! My boyfriend noticed them too!

AWESOME Concert! Great to hear so many classics and so many new charts too! The group sounds wonderful and venue handled everything so well. Fantastic evening.

What a wonderful show! This was my first time seeing the Manhattan Transfers in concert even though I been a fan for decades. Hopefully, they will come back !!!
