Long standing, independent solo artist Ian Britt recently teamed up with feisty and fresh, young Sheffield label Alya Records to build upon his extraordinary achievements. 2016 saw him record his uplifting forthcoming album “The Great Unspoken”, co-produced alongside Paddy Jordan (Cattle & Cane, Young Rebel Set, Sarm Studios.) You’ll almost certainly have heard a slice of Ian Britt’s back catalogue. To date, he’s had outstanding success with syncs of his music into TV and Film soundtracks. From Hollywood Movies to huge American TV shows such as Parenthood and The L Word, to popular UK teen soap Hollyoaks and even Russian mobile phone adverts. His astonishing worldwide success with Spotify has seen his music accumulate 14 million streams and counting in the last few years, carrying his story to people right across the globe. An incredible achievement for a solo artist who, until recently, was completely independent and self releasing.
