About The Lowest Standard
Founded in september 2012 by Daniel Calder, The Lowest Standard is a project rooted in punk/indie, and drenched in early 90’s emo. Drawing influences from acoustic acts such as Dashboard Confessional, Chuck Ragan and Nico Stai, The Lowest Standard plays acoustic shows which demo new and old songs, and pretty much has a loose and fun character. Raw emotion with a soothing undercurrent is what defines this act. A 4-track EP called In Wonder And Awe was released on the 22nd of October 2013, available for free on Bandcamp, Spotify & Facebook Music Player now!
