VENOMIND

ENG Five guys, from the venomous outskirts of Naples, meet each other through the internet and give birth to a musical project which takes the name of “Venomind”. The aim is to give voice and vent to all social problems and personal difficulties encountered in everyday life, which are the venom that affects, gradually and slowly, the man’s body and mind, leaving him unable to react. Guitarist Kradsen’s gas mask is allusively worn as a mean of shelter/protection from all this negativity; symbolically it is the extreme action to avoid the contamination of the soul. Venomind’s live performances have started in 2012 and in 2014 they classified 4th place (among more than 40 bands) for the world-wide contest “Emergenza Festival” regional finals. The band published on-line “Hypocritical" "Music help me!" "Monster" and "Don't follow me", which can also be found on the most famous social shearing web-sites. Il progetto nasce con l'intento di dar sfogo e voce (attraverso un sound metal moderno) alle difficoltà sociali ma soprattutto personali in cui ci si scontra nella vita quotidiana e di come lentamente ma insistentemente tutto cio che ci circonda ci avveleni corpo e mente rendendoci incapaci di reagire.Non a caso,la gas-mask indossata abitualmente dal chitarrista Kradsen,simboleggia un disperato tentativo di difesa da tutto ciò che è negativo e che cerca di contaminare ogni individuo esposto.
