Sound Struggle

Sound Struggle was founded by Cameron Rasmussen in December, 2012 at Berklee College of Music. At that stage of the band most of the first album was written, and Cameron was trying to get new people, every week to fill the different positions in the band, with an exceptional difficulty to find horn players. After a few years of rehearsal sessions and recording sessions with lots of different members coming and going, the band has settled on their current killer lineup. They released their self titled debut album June 28, 2014, and just over a year later on September 19, 2015 they released their second "Rise", which has had a great international response. The idea at the base of this band is to combine Prog/Metal with the solos and harmonic tastes of their favorite Jazz/Funk/Fusion influences, and other genres as well. Thats the way it has been since the beginning, and Sound Struggle continues to put out fresh music under that motto.
