Razorheads kommen aus Hamburg,
Die Band fährt einen genreübergreifenden Hybridsound, das geht von schwerem Slomo Stonerdoom über dreckigen PunknRoll bis hin zu derbem Hardcore & Thrashmetal Geballer.
Auf ihrer Debut CD wurde die Band von diversen befreundeten Musikern unterstützt. (Ferris MC, Razzia, Prollhead, Punkles, My Favourite Mixtape sowie der amerikanischen alternative Country Legende Wilson Gil).
Produziert wurde die CD gemeinsam mit Thomas „Schrödey“ Schröder im Absurd Studio Hamburg (Holy Moses, Gorilla Monsoon, Blitzkrieg ,Torfrock, Ohrenfeindt, Temple of the Absurd, Warpath, Reckless Tide uvm.)
Darüber hinaus kam es zu einer Kollaboration mit dem Regisseur Peter Sempel, der bereits mit Musikern wie Nina Hagen, Blixa Bargeld, Lemmy, Nick Cave uvm zusammengearbeitet hat. Er verwendete zwei Razorheads Songs als Soundtrack in seinem Film "Die Ameise der Kunst" über den umstrittenen Künstler Jonathan Meese
Außerdem ist die Band im Film "Only lovers left alive" von Jim Jarmusch zu sehen.
Zwischen 2015-2019 stieg Flint bei den deutschen Urthrashern Warpath ein und wirkte sowohl als Gitarrist als auch beim Songwriting an zwei Alben der Band mit.
Aufgrund vieler Tour und Showverpflichtungen (u.A. Wacken Open Air ) mussten während dieses Zeitraums die Razorheads Aktivitäten heruntergefahren werden.
Bis jetzt.
Auf diversen Festivals liefen sich Marc Reign (Destruction / Morgoth / Bonsai Kitten / Gunjah) und Flint immer wieder backstage über den Weg, die Idee einer gemeinsamen Band war geboren.
Als sich die Wege von Warpath und Flint 2019 trennten, wurde die Sache konkret und Marc stieg an den Drums ein.
Das Trio komplettiert Neves Sänger (Eruption of Corruption, Firtan) am Bass.
Er und Flintg lernten sich bei einem gemeinsamen Gig seiner Band mit seinen Tourkumpels Detraktor kennen.
Zur Zeit arbeitet die Band in Berlin und Hamburg an neuen Songs für das kommende Album, Aufnahmen sind für Jahresbeginn 2020 geplant.

Razorheads are from in Hamburg / Germany
The band roars out with a genrefusioning hybridsound.
From slomo stonerdoom over dirty punknroll up to raw hardcore & thrashmetal shredding.
On their debut release they got a loud support from a bunch of friends (Wilson Gil, Ferris MC, Razzia, Prollhead / Punkles, My favourite Mixtape)
It was produced by Thomas „Schrödey“ Schröder at Absurd Studios Hamburg. (Holy Moses, Gorilla Monsoon, Blitzkrieg, Temple of the Absurd, Warpath, Reckless Tide and many more)
The band collaborated with filmdirector Peter Sempel, who already worked with musicians like Nina Hagen, Blixa Bargeld, Lemmy, Nick Cave. 2 Razorheads songs are featured in his film „The animals of art“ about the notorious artist Jonathan Meese.
The band also had a cameo in the Jim Jarmusch movie "Only lovers left alive".
Between 2015-2019 Flint joined the german thrashband „Warpath“ as guitarist, wrote some songs for them, played on two of their albums and did numerous tours & festivals with the band, including the Wacken Open Air.
Because of the lack of time, Razorheads activities had to be slowed down during this period.
Until now.
On many festivals, drummer Marc Reign´s (Destruction / Morgoth / Bonsai Kitten / Gunjah) and Flint´s pathes crossed backstage, and the idea of joining forces bandwise was born.
When Warpath and Flint parted ways in 2019 this idea took shape and Marc joined Razorheads.
During this time, bassplayer Neves Sänger (Eruption of Corruption / Firtan) and Flint got to know each other on a show he played with Flint´s old roadbrothers Detraktor.
Neves completed the band on the low strings.
Right now Razorheads are busy writing new songs in Hamburg & Berlin.
The recording of the new material is planned for early 2020.
