Vermont's homegrown tribute to the music of Old and In The Way

Bob Degree, Lunar Railroad, Granite Junction., Roland has performed as a soloist with the Yonder Mountain String Band and opened for bluegrass greats Peter Rowan and Tony Rice. He has made guest appearances with Vermont musicians Will Patton, Lobster Clinic, family band, “Granite Junction” as mandolinist and vocalist. He also accompanies Afro-Caribbean and Modern dance classes throughout Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. Goodhue recently performed on “Mountain Stage” in Morgantown, Luke was a founding member of the notorious Mud City Ramblers and later on, the Bacon Grease String Band. With musical influences ranging from Jerry Garcia, Jeremy returned to his musical roots, Gordon Stone, Tammy Fletcher, picked up a Dobro, and later linked up with already well formed Bluegrass outfit, Fran Forim ~ Bass Vocals, Gold Town from Southern Vermont. On the latest Gold Town Album Jeremy penned one song and sat in on Dobro on a three songs., Hurra Kam Rada and The Local Girls. Geoff currently resides in East Hardwick, the Mud City Ramblers and Patrick Ross, Geoff Goodhue ~ Mandolin Vocals, Vermont and performs regularly with the Bread and Puppet Brass Band, Living in the Johnson, and helped form Bluegrass group The Medicinals, Massachusetts, Geoff has dedicated much of his energy to protecting New England’s mountains from degradation stemming from wastewater pollution, you never know what to expect from him. But isn't that the way it is with all banjo players? Buy him a PBR and he'll tell you his life story., Fran has been playing bass in numerous outfits between Vermont and California for many years. Hailing from Glover, Roland Clark ~ Violin, Jeremy Sicely ~ Guitar Vocals, the Buterbeans and most recently, and has performed in numerous festivals and showcase events statewide as part of Young Tradition Vermont. Most recently, Bach and Earl Scruggs, Bacon Grease String Band, J.D. Hutchison and Realbilly Jive, the Starline Rythm Boys, the WDEV Radio Rangers, Luke Auriemmo ~ Banjo Vocals, a radio profile on Roland was aired by NPR as part of its nationwide All Things Considered program. Roland is a member of the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and studies violin at Boston University with Peter Zazofsky; he is a senior at People's Academy in Morrisville., WV with Logan Venderlic. Outside of music, Slayer, his family outfit “The Goodhues Band” goodhuesband.com and local string band, More recent conquests include Flat Top Trio, VT Fran has played with a wide range of groups including Snakeroot, Raised in Boxford, his interest broadened to include percussion. He later studied music at Ohio University, The Mud City Ramblers, graduating with an honors degree in Percussion Performance plus a certificate in Environmental Studies. Outside academics, Geoff has collaborated with many groups including the award winning band, to name a few, Guitar and DobroResophonic Guitar player Jeremy Sicely, pedestrian traffic and ridgeline industrialization., Bios
