Finding your niche is hard when you collectively sprout your genre from a span of over 6 decades. Blues, jazz, country folk rock is the stage of multi instrumentalist, Kevin Foster. His humble beginnings in the Kawartha Lakes begins. The goal? To revive the roots of the tradition of real soulful music, that’s all. “It’s John Fogerty, Burton Cummings, Levon Helm, Sam Roberts … those are the sounds that took me to so many places in my own head. I just want to get people feeling like music is an experience again. Even if you haven’t left your room.” Playing throughout Ontario, he is searching for musical habitats that reflect his quest.
