Beth Hart

Beth Hart was spectacular. But the ticketing situation was a bit of an issue. I'm not sure what was going on. They were switching people's tickets, I guess because of the venue change. In the end, a manager got me sorted out. But for about thirty minutes, people were standing in line without an idea of what was going on. Regular announcements by staff explaining what was going on and what you were supposed to do would have helped a lot.

Beth Hart is a great singer and performer. We were very pleased with the seating at the Saban even though show was initially scheduled at Starlight Bowl. We had amazing seats, great evening of rockin music all with friends. I have seen her many times but, this was my favorite performance overall. Awesome and inspirational.

Bought tickets late our seats where GG in the Back. My wife and I ended up going to the venue early. When they let us in we bought drinks and food. We ran into a gentleman and talked for over a good hour what a pleasant conversation we had. Getting close to the first act Nathan James we where getting excited. We where ending our conversation when I ask Jeff where is seats where he said 5th row. I in turn said we where is GG in the back. He then offered to trade seat with us saying he had already seen Beth Hart and she was awesome. We declined the offer but he insisted saying I want you to get the full affect of Beth’s show. OMG. Amazing. Looked for Jeff a few times even stayed after to try and find him. Jeff if you read this Please Contact Me you know where you can find me. Thank you Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are a true human being. Ingo.

Forever the greatest singer on the planet, she did not disappoint. The venue is beautiful. Despite the incredible heat wave (it was 104* during the show!), it was really well done and charming. The band is as tight and powerful as any band gets, and the singer...wow. While I miss the once liberal use of her fantastic, 'rock & roll scream', as she had done in Paradiso, she has no rival.

Beth Hart is an amazing singer, and engages with the audience. My only criticism is that for the songs in the beginning of the concert, the band, especially the drummer, were too loud and you could not hear the words she was singing. The band is good but should not play so loud and drown out Beth's fantastic voice.

I bought my tickets to the show over 15 months ago and boy was it worth the wait. From the time Beth opened the show singing down the aisle until she had to ask the theatre for extra time to do an encore, she was nothing but pure energy. It was one of the best, if not the best, show I have ever seen. And let's not forget Quin Sullivan who opened for Beth. He is an amazing young talent who has a great future ahead of him.

Firstly, Quinn Sullivan, (opening act), gets the five stars. Never having heard or seen him, I was greatly impressed! Now to Beth. Right from the start you'll need at least another one hundred stars for just the opening song. Then she performed a show like no other! (now I understand how the girls all feel about Billie). Beth was undoubtedly born to do EXACTLY what she does! Moving easily through songs that covered multiple genres with an energy unmatched by most others half her age. This woman has soul for days and lit a match to the crowd igniting a joyous conflagration the crowd was only to happy to be consumed by. Her voice is so powerful you can't look away, her musicianship purely mesmerizing. People gave Beth standing ovations for individual songs, let alone the overall show. I was one of them and have no regret. Her band was composed of musicians at levels equal to her own with a percussionist of extraordinary talent. I can't recommend Beth enough. She is a must see if you enjoy any style of music at all. Run, don't walk to see her.

It could not have been any better unless, she played for a few more hours!!! Beth served up everything and we drank it in!!! King Solomon Hicks opened the show for us and he gave us a taste of the future of "Blues" and it's lookin' real GOOD!!! My head is still hearing all the music!!! Long Live "LIVE MUSIC!!"

The show was fantastic, and I was introduced to a new performer I had never heard of before, Marina V. (she is now on my listening list). Beths performance was outstanding with her voice and participation with the audience. It made the drive and putting up with the inconsiderate idiots in traffic well worth the aggravation. If she is ever back in my area I am in the audience.

Turned me into a believer! I was thinking she may be too commercial, seeing how she’s worked with Joe B and such, but the venue was small, her conversation and comments were from the heart, her voice was perfection, the songwriting was awesome and the band was brilliant. Her talent is just incredible. Who can handle so much talent in one body? She’s got so much to say and share that it seems to be just bursting out of her. And her covers were brilliant, not at all regurgitated like I thought they might be.

I was aware that Beth has a history of mental illness, I didn't expect her to bring it to the show. I was familiar with her music through her work with Joe Bonamasa which continues to blow me away but Beth played a segment of her show seated at a piano singing and crying her way through songs about her late sister, her mother who she doesn't get along with, her father whose second wife wouldn't allow Beth to see him and so on. When I pay good money to see an artist perform I want to have a good time, not listen to the woman seated next me crying. There's no denying Beth's talent and incredible voice but I was hoping for some more rocking Beth and less crying Beth.

Beth Hart is simply awesome. St Louis concert on 2/12 was unbelievable! It started by getting us warmed up with Quinn Sullivan who is an amazing young star. Then Beth came on and left it all on stage!! You felt her heart and soul in every song, I know she had to be exhausted after sharing so much with us. Thank you, Beth Hart, We loved the show and the venue. Can’t wait to see you again!!

Beth and the band started their 5-week tour to a great and supportive San Diego crowd. I south of a couple of technical issues, the band was right with Beth. Sing catalogue was well served including reaching back to 1st album sings. Show latte more than 2 hours finishing with a standing O! Great show!

She is very talented and can easily connect with her fans and audience. Her band members were all good and sounded great. However, when you go to see see a live live show entertainers must keep in mind that their audience is there to be "entertained"! Not just listen to the music. I think she can benefit from and boost her popularity by adding something extra in her shows. Things like better visuals (big screen with closeups, some graphics and/or special effects) to keep her fans more engaged. I noticed many fans leaving early or talking towards the end of her act because they were bored which is a pity since she is very talented. It didn't help that the venue was freezing cold inside!

beth hart war eine wucht, hammermässiger auftritt! diese intensität und emotionen, die sie auf der bühne freisetzt sind gewaltig und die band untermauert ihre stimme mit genialer und präziser Eindringlichkeit. NB. dass die fans 1 stunde auf den auftritt der supporting acts warten mussten, war ärgerlich hat aber nichts mit beth hart zu tun (wie manche zuschauer glaubten)

Great show! Great venue. Beth Hart was entertaining. She was funny, moving, and impressive in so many ways. I went to my first concert the year Beth Hart was born any many since then. This was the first time I ever saw anyone play an acoustic bass guitar and sing. No other accompaniment and it was beautiful. Kudos!

When I saw Beth barefoot crying after singing a song dedicated to her late sister, I felt so close to her... She is the only true artist who experiences every single piece she does for her audience. Uniquely talented, amazingly moving and such a vulnerable musican. I would do anything to have her for a friend who comes over for a beer form time to time... I love Beth!

Beth Hart has been called by many, the “new” Janis Joplin; similarities, yes, and complimentary, of course, but Beth is so much more than that. She’s that rare performer that puts both heart and soul into every song she sings. And, that voice. Many times last night at the House of Blues, Houston, she belted out lyrics without a microphone. She is truly an American treasure. The best female vocalist out there. Period. Thanks.

Beth and her band are phenomenal! It was my first time seeing her, and I was blown away. Videos don't do her justice. What a voice and what a down-to-earth caring woman who's family, band and fans mean the world to her. The concert went by all too quickly! It won't be my last! Can't wait to see her again!!

Beth was at the very top of her game Saturday night. Her new Album, Fire On The Floor, maybe her best album yet. But that's what I say every time she releases one. She did 7 songs from the new album which oddly didn't include the title track? I thought those seven where played with the most enthusiasm of night. Beth is such a great performer. Her talents go far beyond that great voice. Her song writing talent is as great. Her grace and sassy moves belong on a Broadway stage. Her piano play is as good as any in accompanying her own great voice. If you think I use the word GREAT to much I agree. Phenomenal is just to long a word repeat.
