Carried Away

Carried Away was formed in early 2015 in Toronto, Canada by a group of friends willing to pursue their passion in alternative music. Influenced by the likes of State Champs, Tonight Alive, Paramore and others, the band have created a sound that, although familiar and recognizable, is clearly and undoubtedly their own.

Filled with raw intensity, edgy guitar riffs and thumping bass and drums, their sound was described as "a perfect blend of the catchy, upbeat sounds of early 2000 pop punk, mixed with the angrier, heavy emotions of modern day punk."

Since releasing debut EP "Intrepid" in early 2016, band was able to gain solid local following, as well as share stage with bands like Hawthorne Heights, Major League, Homesafe, Sudden Suspension, Bearings. Their folllow up single "Glass" showcased the darker side of band's sound. The band has reached over 100 thousand total streams on Spotify since then.
