Sara is a Chicago-born, American singer-songwriter based in the Bay Area. Sara’s soulful lyrics express insight, depth, and honest perspective on life’s journey. Influenced by songwriters like John Prine, Elvis Costello, Gillian Welch, and Gram Parsons, Sara’s own songs express her own path through her music. While living in Long Beach, Sara played many popular Southern California venues like DiPiazza, and in the Bay area at San Francisco's Hotel Utah, Bazaar Cafe, Plough and Stars, and Napa's City Winery, Blue Note, Silo's, and Bottlerock 2014.
