Originating (as many of these bands do) as a bedroom project, the arrival of founding member Sam to Leeds enabled plenty of contact with like-minded musicians to expand the sonic foundations into a very real entity. After much time spent writing, rehearsing and finding the right people, the three core members were joined through 2013 by guitarist Jamie and vocalists Mark and Valentina to bring the beast to life. Formed on a base of technical, groove-laden metal, the band's sound incorporates elements of progressive rock, post-metal, ambient and electronic music into a dense blend of modern heaviness, technicality, melody and atmosphere.
