Amongst The Monks is a 3-piece Rock/ Blues/ Funk jam band that started off in the crystal city, Corning, NY. They thrive on their passion of playing, writing & recording music. Making music is a lifestyle just as much as it is a passion for each member, who are all multi-instrumentalists. They have quickly made a name for themselves in several New York and Pennsylvania areas. By incorporating a fusion of different creativeelements and following a multi-genre platform, expect to hear a lot more than one musical style. There is always something for everyone to get down to. The band provides a quality high energy rock show that is made to turn heads and not only entertain with their musical talents but with their performance skills as well. You can find them playing festivals, clubs/bars, music venues, theaters, and private parties. Focusing primarily on creating original music, they are currently working on their 3rd album.
