Alex Spencer is an 18-year-old indie artist from Manchester, quickly establishing himself as one of the UK’s most exciting new voices. Known for his sharp songwriting, raw honesty and electric live energy, Alex first gained attention busking on the streets before earning support from BBC Radio 1 & 6 Music, BBC Introducing, Radio X, CLASH Magazine, and a global audience when his single Nightmares featured on the EA SPORTS FC25 soundtrack. In addition, Alex has recently been touring European arenas with Louis Tomlinson.

Following the momentum of his 2025 EP Where Do We Go From Here?, Alex has entered a bold new chapter — recently releasing new music including Masks and Farewell To Forever, offering a first glimpse into his forthcoming EP. Blending vulnerability with soaring indie hooks, his latest material showcases a more mature and reflective sound while keeping the urgency that first set him apart.

Renowned for his powerful live performances, Alex has gone from busking to major stages — including a standout pitch side performance at Manchester City’s packed Etihad Stadium just before kick off at their Champions League game — and has built a reputation as a must-see rising act. His February 2026 UK headline tour sold out in advance, including a joyous 900-capacity hometown show at Manchester Academy 2, continuing a rapid ascent that has seen him pack venues across the country.

2026 has already proven to be a defining year. Following his sold-out UK headline tour, Alex has just returned from a major European arena tour supporting Louis Tomlinson, performing across 8 countries to over 100,000 people. His performances stood out night after night — winning over thousands of new fans and cementing his reputation as a compelling live artist on some of Europe’s biggest stages.

He has also appeared at major UK festivals including Sound City, Neighbourhood and TRNSMT, and supported The Black Keys on their UK tour.
