About Torrent
The band formed in 2007 with the help of our former Elementary School music teacher, Mrs. Caldwell. We played successfully together until the summer of 2008 when our drummer left the school. Fortunately, later on in 2008 we found another drummer at our new highschool. The band practiced on and off and played several successful gigs until the band broke up due to complications in the summer of 2009. The band started up in the new year of 2010, all musicians in Torrent improved drastically in their time away. Now, in 2012, Torrent has been practicing heavily and have mastered many new songs both covers and originals. The band is currently playing better than ever.
