Houston-born and based Alycia is a classically-trained vocalist. At age 10, she tasted music for the first time singing in the musical “Annie Get Your Gun.” Since, she has been determined to use her gift to
inspire, encourage and influence the world. Graduating from Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, she approaches her music from an artistically creative and technical perspective. Alycia beautifully and vulnerably communicates the lessons life has taught her in a manner that provokes thought, stirs emotion and inspires movement.
Her music is an intuitive soundtrack that scores a life of creativity and choices that make the world better. While self-managing and promoting her own musical projects, she has served as the Musical
Director for Awakenings, Inc. a Houston non-profit organization dedicated to promoting beautiful, original and inspiring art in the world. And Co-Founder and member of West Street Recovery. A non profit organization dedicated to Helping Houston's underserved communities find relief and recovery following Hurricane Harvey.
Alycia Miles’ life and career is a tapestry of gifting, talent, and discipline woven together to form a strong, consistent musical product. Miles brings passion, hard work and brave experimentation to any musical experience in which she participates.
She is currently working along side Grammy award winning producer/drummer Nate "The Beat Breaker" Robinson as well as London Producer/DJ Chris Samba (SanXero) Georgia Anne Muldrow and the The Hue
Alycia has worked with multi-platinum production duo Ivan "Orthodox" Barias and Carvin "Ransum" Haggins in the past whom she met while working with renown industry tastemaker Andre Harrell.
