He created the Hope Collective in response to the 2004 Tsunami along with Steve Winwood, Amp Fiddler, Jocelyn Brown and many other musical leading lights. In 2011 he collaborated with Larry Carlton, Mark King of Level 42, Corinne Drewery of Swing Out Sister and Leee John along with a host of top notch Japanese singers and musicians under the banner of Love For Japan to raise funds for the victims of another devastating Tsunami. Recently collaborated with Kelli Sae and the current members of Incognito to make the single "Brighter than the sun" to aid the victims of hurricane Sandy and typhoon Bopha. 2013 sees the release of debut of his solo album "Leap Of Faith".
