Another flawless performance by an incredibly talented band who perfectly complement Steve Hackett. Nad has the perfect match of voice for Peter Gabriel to bring alive memories of the early 70’s.
Above all , the relaxed charisma of Steve and his ability to deliver an intimate atmosphere made the show feel so personal despite the size of the audience.
Fantastic musician.

Amazing show. Steve is a master of light and shade. The acoustics at the Town Hall are the best in the country IMHO. The lighting was spot on too. Nad Sylvan's delivery of PG's vocals was again brilliant.
This was every bit as good as Steve's last show here and we were honoured to have such a generational talent come to NZ. Thanks to the whole promotion team for delivering such a memorable event!

About Steve Hackett
Steve Hackett was a member of Genesis from 1971 till 1977, when he left the band to pursue his solo career full time. He had released his first solo album, Voyage of the Acolyte, in 1975 while still with Genesis, and has maintained a steady output since. He is a distinctive and versatile guitarist who also performs classical concerts and has released five classical albums in addition to many rock, progressive, and blues albums. He participated in the 1986 formation of GTR with Steve Howe
His concerts feature many songs from his days with Genesis, among them Firth of Fifth, Hairless Heart, Blood on the Rooftops, Fly on a Windshield, Horizons and Los Endos, while exploring his extensive catalogue of solo recordings. Tours alternate between acoustic performances (often accompanied by Steve's brother John Hackett (flute) and Roger King (keyboards) as the Steve Hackett Acoustic Trio) and more rock-oriented performances.
