The opener and the visuals were excellent. Big Night Live is an amazing space. The audio mix for Mos Def and Talib Kweli was muddled, low fidelity.

Let me start by stating that I'm a big Mos Def and Talib fan, however, their Blackstar show in Pomona was below par. Thier energy wasn't all that, so it was hard to get into it and it just sounded like they were reciting their lyrics. Also, the sound was very bad in the theatre with lots of echo.

5 hours from opening for yasiins performance?

Good concert but opening acts, all 1 but sucked. Was it amateur night? Plus to wait from 7pm to after 11pm when he finally came on, standing, was awful.
