Deus Culpa

Deus Culpa is a hard & heavy metal band formed in Athens, Greece, in the summer of 2019 by Nick Tsiampaos and Lorentzo Buhagier. They were introduced in the music scene through their first EP "Roots".

In 2020, Dimitris Ginis joined the band as a drummer and Avgerinos Michailidis joined as a bassist in 2022 to complete the lineup.
Deus Culpa draw inspiration from current socio-economic events and major world developments. Injustice and mistreatment hold a particular interest for the band, who discuss and criticize ones responsible for such evils. In their songs, they try to balance this dark reality with slivers of hopeful optimism, and look forward to a changed future.

Deus Culpa project this message in their concerts throughout Europe, in festivals and local shows trying to get people to engage with this discourse. Notable performances are their international debut in SoundArt Festival in Malta, and their appearance in Metalhead Meeting in Romania among esteemed bands such as Judas Priest, Doro, Steel Panther and Rotting Christ.

The band’s debut album “Precarious” released in September 2025 and is promoted with tours across Europe and the UK.
