About House Art Collective
After years growing up together, of self-discovery, time together + time apart; the sounds emerging from House Art are haunting, meticulous, and intimately cohesive. With a live set that constantly teeters between stadium spectacle and ethereal introspection, House Art’s sound – and presence – is one to be heard + seen to be fully understood. After founding Epoch Tapes + releasing their first EP in the winter of 2014, the collection of multi-medium artists went on tour before breaking off to return to studies. Now fully revitalized, the members of House Art are preparing a new collection of sounds. Ever expanding and collapsing, House Art’s sound + feeling changes with every breath and pulse, spanning across a sonic landscape of soaring violins, synthesizers, snaky basslines, crashing guitars, poetic lyricism, anthematic drums, and tight choral work.
