About Arising Rebellion
Arising Rebellion
Arising Rebellion is a modern groove metal band from the Netherlands. Their music is built on heavy rhythm, focused writing and a clear, grounded approach to contemporary metal.
The project gradually developed into a full band in 2022 and 2023, which allowed the group to define a consistent sound through steady writing and rehearsing. With groove and pulse at the core, Arising Rebellion shaped a style that leans into weight and clarity rather than excess.
In 2025 the band released This World Is Dying, their debut album. The record marked a clear step in their identity, bringing together darker tones, tight grooves and a more deliberate approach to modern groove metal. Since then, the band has continued to focus on playing solid, honest live shows and developing its music further.
