Described by The Isthmus as “Your favorite new local band”, playing “bouncy pub rock with keyboards and a nice blend of vocals,” The Periodicals blow the dust off and thumb through a rich catalog of northern soul and gritty alternative rock in songs that can catch you off-guard just as easily as catch you singing along. Formed in 2013, the Periodicals feature Niall Spooner-Harvey on keyboards, along with Doug Cvetkovich on drums, former Clyde Stubblefield sideman Steve Rosenblum on bass, and the driving guitars and dueling vocals of Geoff Blake-Horst and John Wedge. Madison's finest alternative pub rock/northern soul band. Now with added pop.
