This was my second time recently listening to Jake Binegar. He is an amazing, authentic singer-songwriter who performed at the Taphouse at Retreat 21, bringing a laid-back yet energetic vibe with just his acoustic guitar. His modern country style and storytelling came through clearly, creating an intimate connection with the crowd. The stripped-down setup highlighted his vocals and musicianship, making the performance feel personal and genuine—perfect for the venue's relaxed, scenic atmosphere. Overall, it was a great time with friends, local ciders, and it paired perfectly with a summer evening of live music.
