Meet the Bacons

“Meet the Bacons” duo is the harmonizing acoustic duo of Joe & Robin Bacon. They play a variety of Rock, Classic Country, Americana, Folk, Reggae and Blues in Western New York. The couple has performed together at festivals, music venues and events in Western New York for more than a decade.
Their album “The Ones” is out on all major streaming services and available for purchase in compact disc at shows and digital at all online music stores.
“Meet the Bacons" duo is from Buffalo, NY and draw influences from great vocal duos such as Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, Simon and Garfunkel, Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris, and more.
The duo’s sound is charming vocal harmonies backed with guitar, harmonica and hand percussion. “Meet the Bacons” play their own songs and songs by others that have intrigued and inspired them over the years, as well as plenty of crowd favorites.

The married duo has played as "Meet the Bacons" for over a decade but have been singing together for over 25 years at various events and occasions. Joe Bacon (vocal, guitar, songwriter) has been singing/playing professionally for 40 years and has played on the Comedy Central Network’s Premium Blend syndicated network show with David Alan Grier (In Living Color, Jumanji, Saturday Night Live, Dancing With The Stars), has performed at New York City’s Carnegie Recital Hall, NYC’s Symphony Space, NYC’s The Bitter End & more; and has opened for acts such as Run DMC, Smashmouth, Sponge, G. Love and the Special Sauce and Sister Hazel.
