Belle Perez

Born in Neerpelt Belgium to Spanish parents, María Isabel Perez Cerezo discovered her talent at the age of 5.
The 32 year old Belgian singer was discovered for her musical talents by her current manager Patrick Renier at a local talent show.
In 1999 she participated in the Belgian preselections of the Eurovision Song Contest and from then on Belle's career in music took off.
She started off in pop music but in 2002 she changed her style to latino/pop and went live on stage with her own "Baila Perez"-band.
The album that came with it was an instant success and remained on the top spot in the Belgian charts for several weeks.

In 2006 her career is at an incredible hight. She has reached the status of "star" in both Belgium and The Netherlands. Her numerous concerts in both countries sell out extremely quick.
In May she will perform for the first time in the Antwerp Sportpaleis.
She will perform there twice in front of over 13.000 people.
In the summer of 2006 she will release her long awaited new album, after having released her fifth and best of album at the end of 2005.
Meanwhile she also is one of the tv-hosts of a popular music show on Dutch television and was a finalist in the latest preselections of the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens.
She ended in third position.
