Pxlman

pxlman is an electrosoul outfit out of Los Angeles. This project lays down a grinding foundation of thick kicks and arpeggiating synths then layers on distorted organs and horns that lend to a complex take on the electro genre. Front man and songwriter Randy M. Washington brings to the band over a decade of writing electronic music, most notably, fronting the German electropop band Total Ghost. pxlman pulls influences from across the spectrum such as Janelle Monae (as heard in 2015 single “Squeeze”) all the way to Nine Inch Nails (check out B side, “W.H.I.D.). With a live experience that goes from having anywhere from four to eight people, each live show is energetic and dynamic.
